Abstract
The pregnancy period is the most important time for pregnant women to meet the nutritional needs that are useful for the development and growth of the fetus in the womb. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the consumption of adequate nutrition to support this. The purpose of this Community Service is to increase knowledge and provide understanding about processing foods that are rich in protein, vitamins, and nutrients that can support meeting the daily caloric needs during pregnancy. Health education and food presentation were conducted at the Pilangpayung Village Hall, attended by 18 pregnant women at risk of chronic energy deficiency (CED). Through this counseling, it is expected that mothers can utilize local food ingredients to prepare high-nutritional complementary foods
