Abstract

The Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that are the object of the Group 1 Business Work Lecture activity are MSMEs owned by "Mrs. Shintya Gita Novita" located in RT 05/09, Pelutan Village, Pemalang District, Pemalang Regency. This MSME receives various orders for Food, Beverages and Snacks. The purpose of this KKU activity is to develop businesses in MSMEs by identifying problems that exist in MSMEs, and trying to provide alternative solutions. After conducting the observation stage, several problems were found that MSMEs face, including not having a business profile, vision, mission and organizational structure, the desire to create a business logo, not having a business banner, not having simple financial bookkeeping, not having a social media account, not having a note, not having a business location listed on Google Maps, a website and ineffective marketing. After carrying out the observation stage, several business development assistance programs were formulated, including the creation of profiles, vision, mission and business structure, creation of business logos, creation of business banners, creation of product labels, creation of simple financial bookkeeping, calculation of cost of goods produced and sold (COGS), creation of social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook and creation of business locations on Google maps, and promotional videos for business profiles and products. After analyzing and applying the KKU program to the MSMEs, it resulted in positive impacts, including the MSMEs having a profile, vision, mission, and organizational structure as fulfillment of business requirements, having a new logo as a business identity, and products being better known through banners, orders with notes, and also promotional videos.
