Gymnastics for children is very important because just as adults who need gymnastics for physical fitness, children can also benefit from gymnastics. Rhythmic gymnastics stimulates the growth and development of gross and fine motor skills, as well as optimal movement abilities in children, as a way of early detection of growth and developmental disorders in babies, strengthening muscles and joints in babies in preparation for babies to sit, stand and walk later, making children's bodies fitter and healthier.
