Abstract

Massage is a non-pharmacological treatment technique that has been used since ancient times to provide comfort to the body, thus providing a sense of relaxation in babies. Based on a field survey conducted by the implementer and team, it was found that 19 babies and toddlers did not regularly attend the integrated health post (posyandu), 26 babies and toddlers experienced GTM. The results of brief interviews with 10 mothers who have babies and toddlers said that they were unable to perform baby massage independently at home due to a lack of understanding of massage techniques. This community service activity was carried out in Sidomulyo Village, Semen District, Kediri Regency. This activity was attended by 12 mothers with their babies and toddlers, accompanied by village midwives, cadres, a team of lecturers and D3 Midwifery students from IIK Bhakti Wiyata Kediri
