Financial Assistance for Micro Business Actors in Tegal City
Abstract
Micro business actors face problems in managing finances, recording finances and using technology in today's digital era. They have been in business for years but their growth is still stagnant and some even go bankrupt because of debt. It is important for micro business actors, especially in the city of Tegal, Central Java, to start understanding financial and technological literacy. The aim of this Community Service is to contribute to ultra-micro and micro business actors by providing an understanding of business financial arrangements, carrying out simple recording and bookkeeping, as well as checking the financial health of businesses, in addition to utilizing technology to make running a business easier. The approach taken is the training and mentoring method, namely by providing material, direction, exercises, discussions and a post-training mentoring process by receiving consultations and providing advice to micro business actors in the city of Tegal. The target of this service is that business actors are able to implement better business financial management and have simple bookkeeping by utilizing technology.
